sector 6 has frisas tickets available - locations on the ground extremely close to the parade.

sector 6, along with sectors 2, 4, and 8 has access ramps for people with special mobility needs.

sectors 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 are home to the special classrooms that niemeyer designed for social uses.  

when going by subway, the metrô station closest to sector 6 is praça onze station - if going by bus from the zona sul, bus lines 125, 474, 155, 443, and 314 get to avenida presidente vargas, close to the sambódromo.
