at a glance

the sambódromo can accommodate up to 90,000 people, spread across 13 sectors and a variety of seating varying in position and features.

not all sectors are created equal - and knowing what sector to choose can greatly affect the level of enjoyment.

the sambódromo is divided in 13 sectors, priced according to their relatives views of the parade, and numbered progressively with the higher numbers closer to the ending area of the parade.

the 13 sectors are divided in 'even' and 'odd' sectors, depending on what side of the sambódromo they are in.              arrow-back     arrow-forward
