created in 2011 by Enio Conte and his wife Esther Gawendo, Tattoo Week's  ambition was to raise the artistic status of tattoos in Brazil and to provide artists with a platform to exhibit their work.

The convention is now recognized as one of the biggest and most prestigious body- art events in the world.

Presenting  over 800 tattoo artists from 25 countries, One hundred and eighty stands are erected for professional tattoo artists, body piercers, and makeup artists, as well as those selling clothes, accessories, tattoo inks, and more.

The fair also ran a number of contests, including 'Miss Tattoo', as well as a flash mob, magic shows, and performances from famous bands such as Pitty.   arrow-back      arrow-forward
