during and after the event, even more parties animate the city from mid afternoon well into the night in all areas of the city. 

the FEIRA DA PROVIDĘNCIA, is a social and cultural initiative that benefits over a hundred communities - Riocentro hosts this event for one week, usually in the first half of December.

Bringing exciting and multiple options of entertainment and shopping, this fair gathers more and more visitors every year, rounding the 120.000 in the 54th edition in 2014 - with these numbers  bound to expand.

Two pavilions present a variety of areas - fashion trends, home décor, culture and education fill one of them and the other covers a market of gastronomy, handicrafts and other typical products from many Brazilian regions and nearly 40 other countries.
