The context of the birth and development of  'Pasargada law' is commented upon and the normative mechanisms and legal forums created by the community are tied to the collective fight for the right to housing.

Additionally, the main characteristics of the local legal process are described and Finally, two questions are formulated about the possibilities and limits of the insurgent law - as it was visualized, in the past, by the Portuguese jurist and sociologist, taking into account current challenges.
