in fact, praia do perigoso has the calmest and least dangerous waters among all the wild beaches. the waters of praia do perigoso are calm, and there is an abundance of fish and life under the water that would be greatly enjoyed by snorkeling. part of the grumari natural reserve park (reserva ecológica de grumari), praia do perigoso, like the other wild beaches in this area, is almost always empty during the week, and there are no lifeguards on duty here, no kiosks, or food vendors.
