Pequenas Empresas e Grande Negócios translatable as 'Small Business and big deals' is a monthly online and print magazine produced by Globo which acts as a guide to those interested in entrepreneurship and innovation in the fields of management, marketing, strategy, finance, technology and social media.

The first edition was produced in 1988, and ever since then it has provided annual reports on 100 ideas for starting new businesses, a prestigious ranking of the best businesses in Brazil, and has run a 'Successful Entrepreneur Award' to recognize and celebrate an entrepreneur whose work has been outstanding.

The 'Extreme Makeover' initiative is an exciting project in which three companies are selected by the magazine for a business make-over, in which they receive technological and financial consultation and learn important market secrets and know-how.
