The study Management Process Based on Values of the Third-Sector: An analysis of the Centro de Ópera Popular de Acari (O Processo de Gestão Baseada em Valores no Terceiro Setor: Uma Análise do Centro de Ópera Popular de Acari), by Lina Raquel de O. Marinho and Saulo Magalhães discusses the topic of organizational value and management.

A non-government organization, namely the centro de Ópera Popular de Acari - COP, is chosen for this research in order to allow for a thorough and un-biassed analysis. A number of key considerations were taken into account, including culture, values and the standing of the COP in the community, in order to address the question of how cutural vlues are managed at the centre.

Data collection methods included semi-structured interviews, the analysis of which ensured the applicability of theories mentioned above. Therefore, this article aims to theorize and understand the core concepts discussed within the thematic, as well as being direct field research.
