at a glance

One of the regions that benefitted from these developments is the sub-neighborhood of Isadora. It borders the offi cial santíssimo district, and is delimited to the north by Estrada da Posse. Beyond this artery are the sub-neighborhoods of São Vitor, Firenze Life and Garden Park.

To the west of Isadora is Rua Mauro Ferreira Leão, or 'Mauro Ferreira Leão Road', separating the region from the sub-neighborhood of Parque São Pedro, or 'San Pedro Park'. To the east is Vila Mariana and to the south is the forested expanse of Morro das Paineiras, or 'Paineiras Hill', an oasis of natural beauty nestled into the urban landscape.

The Isadora sub-neighborhood is a relatively quiet, residential area, which was built recently and is comprised of more than 140 cozy, duplex houses. Praça Rosino do Nascimento, or 'Rosino do Nascimento Square', contains a soccer court surrounded by lush greenery and trees. It does not have public illumination, which renders it unusable after certain hours. arrow-back      arrow-forward
