the beautiful praça nossa senhora da paz (our lady of peace square) can be accessed from this street, offering a relaxing place for a stroll or for outdoor exercise - in 2016 a metrô station with the same name of the square was open there, which made copacabana beach, the city centre and the western suburbs easier to access.
