Supporting the discourse of writers such as Nadia Bossa, Jorge Visca, Piaget, Neide Noffs and Dulce Sampaio, this work tries to explain the importance of education on adolescents' and young people's values, as well as the role of the educator in this process.

It proposes the utilization of psychopedagogical intervention as a way of creating links between educator and student. it presents this as an important tool to aid students' understanding of, and connection to topics developed by the workshop group. Finally, it points as a conclusion to the use of the Theory of Convergent Epistemology as a tool in psychopedagogical intervention, followed by some practical tips for workshops.
